Particular attention is paid to the very varied wine list, with hundreds of labels personally selected by Luca, a professional sommelier.
The origin of the name "Il LIBERTINO" is to be found in the union of the symbol par excellence of the LIBER culture (from the Latin, the book) with one of the emblems of the winery, the VAT in which the fermentation of grape must takes place.
