Family-run hotel and restaurant in the name of tradition. A place open since the early 1960s and today dedicated to the same values of hospitality of that time. Traditional cuisine, but not only in which 0 km ingredients stand out, coming directly from the adjacent garden. Great attention to the territory and the rhythms of nature that leads managers to always offer seasonal menus and dedicated gastronomic events. Of note is the offer of homemade pasta, bread and dumplings. Creativity is entrusted to chef Francesco Inama, who brings to the table all the wisdom accumulated in several important kitchens in Trentino-Alto Adige and beyond.
