Inside an old house in the centre, the restaurant is based on the personality and ideas of the chef-patron, Riccardo, who mixes original Trentino tradition with quietly modern inserts. Speciality: trio of bread rolls with butter and sage, pork pins with polenta and red cabbage in sweet and sour, apple strudel. Next door is the Romanda hotel run by his brother.
