Baita Ischia

Paola and her staff welcome you to the Baita Ischia, in the green area of Campitello, near the starting station of the Col Rodella cable car.

The restaurant, open almost all year round, is in typical mountain style, simple but tasteful. In addition to the indoor room, which also has a play area for children, you can sit on the large terrace admiring the spires of the Sassolungo. It is a strategic refreshment point for those who spend the day on foot or on skis, for sports climbing enthusiasts who attend the ADEL gym, for free flight professionals who land in the Soreghes plain, for families (given the proximity to the riding school, the play and adventure parks) or for those who simply walk along the Avisio stream. The cuisine is traditional with first and second courses that pay homage to the territory: canederli, barley soup, tagliatelle with deer ragout, polenta with melted cheese and goulash. And what about homemade cakes? The facility, also accessible to people with disabilities, is open from the morning, ready to welcome you for breakfasts, aperitifs, quick lunches, sweet and savoury snacks.
