Located inside an old, aristocratic palazzo in the heart of Cles, the restaurant boasts an ample garden where more than sixty guests can dine in the summer while enjoying the gorgeous views from its veranda. Inside, a number of small rooms follow one upon the other, making them ideal for a romantic evening out. In total, it can cater for up to 160 guests. Furthermore, its furnishings are all rigorously in wood, in the Trentino style.

The Molignoni family has been running "Giardino" for eighteen years. Currently, the restaurateurs are Nicola, with Franco and Piera, together with their wives and husbands, Letizia and Eugenio. In addition, Chef Filippo Tessadri and Gerardo Lisia have also been with them for many years now. Together, they have put together a traditional Trentino menu featuring fruit and cheeses from the area, with Casolèt and apples being its chief protagonists.
