Malga Sadole
The Vinante family raises 70 dairy cows on their farm. In the summer months, it also manages the Malga Sadole at an altitude of 1,600 metres, which can be reached by car from Ziano di Fiemme. The environment is pleasantly rustic, also thanks to the recent renovation, which has made it even more refined and welcoming. The kitchen offers typical Trentino dishes. Famous is its goulash stew and its fortaie, a typical local egg-based dessert accompanied by berries or chocolate jam. It is also possible to taste the products of the hut, "seasoned" with sympathy and courtesy. Every Wednesday you can also watch cheese-making demonstrations and try the experience of milking cows. Booking in advance, you can also dine and sleep in the hut, to savour the thrill of sunset and sunrise in the mountains.
