34 - Diaol tour
<p>Once upon a time there was an old house, on the south-western slope of Mount Rust, the hill that rises near Lake Lavarone, which is said to have been haunted by spirits, and was even the subject of an exorcism. Located in an isolated area, touched by the ancient road 'dell'Ancino di là', the old house, after decades of neglect, has collapsed and all that remains of it are vague traces of walls hidden by vegetation.</p>
<p>The easy route is inspired by the mysterious events surrounding the house mentioned in the introduction, known locally as the Ca' dei Còti. But the beauty of the route lies in the forest area it crosses, in the characteristic village of Pra' di sopra, and in the views that open up towards the upper Val d'Astico, the Carbonare saddle, Mount Cornetto and the Vigolana massif.</p>
