With about 35 seats and breathtaking panoramic views on the mountain pastures of the Alpe Cimbra, it is the ideal place for total relaxation. In addition, the Milegruam wellness centre has been chosen by AISA, the Italian Association for Saunas & Aufguss, as a refuge of "well-being at high altitude". The sauna masters will lead you in the discovery of this ritual, which is still little known in Italy.
The ritual involves the pouring of water (often in the form of snow or ice balls) mixed with essential oils on the sauna's hot stones. The Aufgussmeister, through the rhythmic movements of a towel, and sometimes accompanied by background music, directs the hot and perfumed steam in the direction of the guests causing an intense and enjoyable multi-sensory experience.
