Saent Waterfalls #4
In the Stelvio National Park, at the headwaters of the Rabbies Torrent which flows impetuously down through the valley, these waterfalls create bubbling white cascades which are a pleasant contrast to the green of the conifers and the dark-reddish colour of the rocks.
The Saent Waterfalls can be reached following a ring-shaped path with a climb of about 200 metres before descending again. If you take it easy, the walk will take about 3 hours.
You can start your walk (around 45 minutes to reach the waterfalls) from the Malga Stablasolo farmstead which offers refreshments all year round and in the summer also produces a range of dairy products. The Malga Stablasolo can be reached in around 20 minutes from the valley parking lot.
