From Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 February 2025 the "Centro Choreografico Nazionale | Aterballetto" pays homage to "Ennio Morricone" with the new production signed by the Spanish choreographer "Marcos Morau" at the Teatro Sociale in the city of Trento.
The Spanish author, with his visionary power and ability to transfigure musical universes, presents a unique creation that intertwines the music of Oscar winner Ennio Morricone with dance, visual arts and cinematic suggestions.
Marcos Morau, to date the youngest choreographer to have won the National Dance Prize, the highest recognition in Spain, builds imaginary worlds and landscapes where image, text, movement, music and space constitute a unique universe that is constantly nourished by cinema, photography and literature. Now, for the first collaboration with the CCN/Aterballetto, he has proposed to turn to iconic compositions of the cinema landscape of the last seventyyears: those of the Oscar winner Ennio Morricone.
