Museo del Miele
In Lavarone you can discover the fascinating secrets of the world of bees and get to know life in the hive, how hives are made and how honey is produced.
The transformation of nectar into honey and the organization of the hive have been the subject of study and research for decades. In Tobia, near Gionghi, the Lavarone Honey Museum tries to shed light on this extraordinary world. You can discover the workmanship from ancient times to the present day of nature's finest product. An exhibition of hives and other tools from all over the world allows you to reveal the secrets of the hierarchical connections of life in the hive and the language of the bee dance. In addition to the exhibition, you can participate in educational workshops and visit the store where you can buy highland honey and many other derived products such as liqueurs, essences, candles, scented soaps and artistic candles. Guided tours are also planned.
