Casa Museo Marascalchi
In the medieval village of Quartinago - Cimego, a museum of peasant civilization that allows you to rediscover the roots (and dialect) of the inhabitants of the valley.
In the historic centre of Quartinago (in Cimego di Borgo Chiese) there is the Casa Marascalchi museum of traditions, customs and popular customs, a large exhibition of original objects and environments on five floors. In the basement the cellar and the stable, on the ground floor the typical peasant kitchen and the carpenter's workshop, with the counter and tools. On the first floor there are the bedrooms, the room reserved for raising silkworms and weaving. On the second floor is the large open space where firewood, faggots, hay, straw and grain were hoisted. Finally, the attic, once used as an additional storage space. All the rooms represent the original intended use, with their respective furnishings and objects once used, having been abandoned by the last resident family when, in the 1960s, they emigrated abroad.
