Casa Begna
Entering this place gives you the feeling of stepping through a temporal space door. This building immersed in the past testifies to the history and daily life of the people of Carano.
Carano, Val di Fiemme: a place of history, traditions, legends but above all memory. That of its inhabitants, who wanted to collect the testimonies of the time in this house, to keep them in an ethnographic museum open to the public. In the heart of the village, the old farmhouse welcomes you and reveals the organization and living spaces of the time, from the kitchen to the barn. Located in a building renovated by the Municipality, the "Museum of the people of Carano" came to life by collecting objects donated exclusively by the population. Particularly committed to preserving its historical memory, the country is home to a local folk group that stages numerous theatrical re-enactments of the local legends.
