Wines of Trentino at Palazzo

Experience Trentino wines at Palazzo Scopoli in its exclusive 17th-century wooden hall. Embark on a fascinating journey through wineries, history, flavors, music, and conviviality.

With Wine & Me, guests can enjoy à la carte tastings of a rich collection featuring approximately 150 labels of still wines from Trentino and Trento DOC, the mountain-method sparkling wines, from various wineries across the region: Valle di Cembra, Vallagarina, Piana Rotaliana, Valle dei Laghi, and Valle dell’Adige.

For those who wish to end the evening on a spirited note, Trentino Grappa will also be available. Accompanying the wines are the culinary delights of the Strada dei formaggi delle Dolomiti, crafted into tempting finger foods by students and teachers of ENAIP Primiero, perfect for a delightful aperitif.

Adding to the experience is Wine & Winemakers, a masterclass led by an expert sommelier exploring the most representative wines of the region.

  An immersive journey into Trentino’s native grape varieties. Led by an expert sommelier, explore the aromas, colors, and flavors of iconic regional wines such as Müller Thurgau, Nosiola, Marzemino, and Teroldego Rotaliano.
