Pilates is a physical activity that keeps muscles and joints supple, even when with advancing age they tend to move with more difficulty and be less flexible. In the name of a holistic approach to movement, the mental control advocated by Joseph Pilates (the founder of the discipline) while performing the movements has positive effects on general well-being, induces relaxation and improves the conception of one's own body. The lesson proposed by Elisa Penna combines the Pilates movements with the support and pleasantness of water, which supports the movement and increases the feeling of well-being at the end of the exercises.
Programme:
- 5:45 p.m. - meeting point at the Olympic Spa Hotel in Vigo
- 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - group activity
