The term mindfulness refers to a specific practice centred on awareness of personal present experience. Specifically, mindfulness invites one to observe one's own experience with curiosity, with an open, curious and non-judgmental attitude. The term means awareness and represents the core of this meditative practice: paying attention "moment by moment" to what is happening. In this lesson given by Elisa Penna everything is emphasised by Tibetan bowls, a holistic music therapy that uses the beneficial properties of sound to rebalance mind and body. These bells have a harmonic sound that brings an immediate feeling of mental wellbeing and whose vibration on the body releases present tensions.
