I am Michele, a qualified forest expert, qualified with the Csen TAA method, a sports organisation recognised by CONI.
I deal with letting people experience a deep connection with themselves, in contact with the forest and its elements.
Through a series of exercises tailored to this purpose, we will activate the 5 and more senses, stimulating attention and curiosity, to savour every detail while experiencing the moment.
We will relax in a completely different way!
