Autumn pilates
A lesson to improve posture, relieve stress and muscle tension and regain inner balance
Pilates is an activity that focuses on postural alignment by stabilising and strengthening the core, i.e. the muscles located at the abdominal and lumbar levels, but also the glutes and pelvic floor, which are responsible for supporting the spine during movement. The exercises proposed by Giorgia Lorenz lead to optimisation of posture and balance, making movements more efficient in everyday life and preventing back pain.
Programme:
- 9:45 a.m. - meeting point at the Canazei Marmolada Ski School (Strèda del Piz, 18, near the Dòlaondes Aquatic Centre)
- 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - group activity
Comfortable clothing and a fitness mat are recommended.
