The origin of the name Adler, which in German means eagle, comes from the desire of the founders to combine our beloved Trentino (symbol of Trento) with the reality of South Tyrol (German language).
We will accompany you on a short route in the roasting where, intoxicated by the aroma of coffee, you will witness the roasting and extraction process of the famous drink.
You will learn about the history of the company, founded in 1981 thanks to the collaboration of two friends who had a passion for coffee in common, today run by a family.
At the end of this experience you will feel more qualified in the world of coffee, a world that in some ways is still unknown and unexplored!
