The residence is located in a quite and residential area. There are 12 apartments of various tipology, single room apartment for 2 persons, double room apartment for 4 persons and three room apartments for 6 pesons. Every apartment has a little kitchen with electric plate, fridge and washing machine. In the living room there is sat TV and Telephon. All bathrooms have shower and hair dryer.We have a wellness center with sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath and tropical shower, and one common room with TV, toys and wi-fi.

Our, two-rooms apartaments are ideal for families or group of freinds, they are composed of a bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds, living area with sofa bed or hideaway bed, small kitchen, bathroom and balcony, with visible wooden beams perfect for lovers of wood and mountain. Each one is equipped with all the comforts of home, including dishwashers, satellite television,bathroom with shower and hairdryer and telephone. If needed there is the possibility of adding a fifth bed (on request).
