Five years ago we decided to embark on this new journey, a new structure characterized by the highest standards of construction, connected to the rest of the world but faithful to the traditions of Trentino, furnished with lots of wood but at the same time modern and refined ... now it is a matter of fact..

    In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, we inform you of the applied conditions:

    - Free rescheduling of the reservation up to 50 days before arrival (voucher usable within 1 year - no refund of the deposit is provided)

    - For cancellations from 49 to 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded (Article 1385 of the Civil Code)

    - In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 60% of your stay will be charged (deducting the already paid deposit)

    - In case of early departure or delayed arrival, the actual cost of the unused days will be charged.

    Unforeseen circumstances before departure are always a possibility, especially when traveling with children; for this reason, we recommend insuring 100% of the holiday amount by paying 4.8%; information/conditions and activation should be done within 48 hours of booking at http://www.care4uhotel.com/it/acquista
