A strong point of our hotel is the cuisine, to which we dedicate attention in the selection of local raw materials to present traditional Trentino dishes at your table.
Winter: we are at the foot of the Fondo Piccolo ski lifts
Summer: surrounded by greenery and in an excellent position for walks of various levels
We are a small family-run hotel with only 12 rooms, nestled in nature and right in front of the ski slopes. We guarantee a comfortable environment, warm and friendly hospitality, and a cuisine mainly based on local products.
You can find us at Fondo Piccolo, 1 km from Lake Passo Coe and Base Tuono, 4.5 km from the village center and the Golf Course, and about 15 km from Lake Lavarone. The Grizzly is the ideal place for skiing, bike or e-bike outings, organizing long walks on the trails of Alpe Cimbra, experiencing contact with nature, and relaxing away from the city.

Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY / EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case of cancellation of the stay:
- 100% refund of the deposit paid within 32 days of arrival **
- we keep 100% of the deposit from 16 to 8 days from arrival
- from 7 days to arrive and late arrivals we charge 60% of the amount of the holiday equal to the accommodation booked, meals excluded.
- in the case of a holiday package (including ski pass and/or ski school) this will be charged in full.
- The guest who anticipates departure will have to pay a penalty equal to 60% of the remaining amount of the stay.CANCELLATION AND RECONFIRMATION:
If the cancellation is replaced by a new booking on another date for the current season, no penalty will be applied and any deposit paid by the customer will be retained by the hotel and taxed as a "deposit for the stay".** = practical management and deposit refund will cost € 20, -

Arrival
For A22 Rovereto Nord exit, continue on the road towards Trento until Calliano (10 Km) that get the road to Folgaria (12 Km). Once in Folgaria, at the roundabout continue towards Passo Coe to Fondo Piccolo (4.5 km). It's possible to check-in after 12.00, check-out is by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
