I introduce myself, my name is Francesca. DolceVita Ambiez Bed and Breakfast was born from a dream: a dream to offer to those staying in San Lorenzo Dorsino a new type of hospitality, is more welcoming and more in tune with nature.This passion for hospitality is part of the past of my family, For 31 years, he was behind the counter at Ambiez bar / tobacco in the Dorsino fraction. Between 1995 and 2003, my parents also own the hotel Soran in San Lorenzo, Banale. Now it's my turn to continue the tradition: with the help and support of my parents, I have restored and renovated a building in the historic center of Dorsino. The older residents still remember when Ciuìga (a typical salami of the area, made with pork and cooked turnips) was smoked here.From my parents I learned that small gestures are particularly important when it comes to taking care of others: breakfast served in the morning with a smile, the meticulous care for cleanliness, a willingness to listen to the needs of guests.

DolceVita Ambiez is born from a dream: to offer those who stay here a new kind of welcome, more familiar and in harmony with nature. The passion for hospitality is part of the history of my family. Since the 70s, when my father moved to Switzerland and then to Milan to learn the trade. Then he continued the experience together with my mother here in Trentino. For 35 years you can find them behind the counter of the Ambiez bar-tobacco shop, in Dorsino. 2003 also managed the Soran hotel, in San Lorenzo in Banale. With the support and support of my parents I restored a building in the historic center of Dorsino. with pork and cooked turnips. From my parents I learned that attention to people passes mainly through small gestures: breakfast served in the morning with a smile, meticulous care of cleanliness, willingness to listen to guests' needs. Conditions
The change of towels is every two days, bed linen midweek. For rooms and suites with kitchen, cleaning the kitchen has to be assumed.
The kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and a coffee machine pods (surcharge).
A free use of guests using the laundry room (washer and dryer) in our view, private parking, wi fi throughout the hotel and garage for putting bicycles or motorcycles.

We believe so much in its properties, that even the pillows contain small flakes of pine inside padding cotton. Why all this wood? First of all to create a warm and cozy atmosphere, typical of mountain homes. And then, because the solid wood can adjust the humidity in a natural way, by preventing the formation of microorganisms and mold.
