A deposit equal to 30% of the vacation amount is required to confirm the booking, to be paid via instant bank transfer or credit card.
- For cancellations received 10 or more days prior to the arrival date: the paid deposit (equal to 30% of the stay) is retained.
- For cancellations communicated within 10 days before check-in or for no-show: the deposit is not refunded, and the client pays an additional 70% penalty (equal to 100% of the stay).
  These penalties also apply in case of illness, injury, bereavement, or unforeseen events.
Tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night is not included in the daily rates. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from payment.

By Car: from the Brenner Motorway (A22) take the Trento Nord exit or the San Michele all'Adige exit, reach Mezzolombardo and take the SP64 towards Fai della Paganella and Andalo. At the entrance of the village, you will find directions to Hotel Costaverde in Roni.
By Train: stop at Mezzocorona or Trento Train Station, with a bus connection from the train station to the Paganella/Andalo plateau, visit https://www.trentinotrasporti.it/.

By Plane: Catullo Airport in Verona or Bolzano Airport. Train and bus connections are available to the Paganella/Andalo plateau.

Our spacious Junior rooms, available in both the Dolomiti version and the Paganella version, offer two communicating areas. Ideal for families of 3 or 4 people. Equipped with a large balcony that faces either the east side, towards the forests of Paganella, or the view of the Dolomiti di Brenta, depending on the option chosen. Bathroom with shower.
