We are only a few minutes’ walk from the supermarket and the centre and 800 m from the lake of Levico Terme.

The flat is bright with 2 rooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (or double bed), natural wood furniture, open kitchen equipped with all appliances, living room with TV. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Underfloor heating. From the balcony you can admire the mountains of Alta Valsugana; in the garden you can sunbathe and/or barbecue; you can park your car in the private car park.

Arrival

When you arrive at the property in via Claudia Augusta 4 in Levico Terme, you must ring the bell Giuseppe and Kittiya Prandel [top right] and my wife Kittiya will come to open the gate, you can park the car inside and she will take you to the apartment. She will give you the keys to the apartment and the main door as well as the gate opener.

Ca Giardina is a holiday apartment, with equipped kitchen + living room with sofa and TV; with two bedrooms: 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds; a bathroom with shower, washing machine. The rooms are furnished with fir furniture which gives a touch of warm mountain atmosphere. There is a balcony overlooking the mountains of Alta Valsugana. You can park your car inside the private car park closed by a gate and if you want you can sunbathe on the lawn of the small garden or have a BBQ on the stove in the small garden.

The beds are already prepared with hypoallergenic sheets, quilts and duvets in winter. Towels of various sizes are also made available. The kitchen in the apartment is induction and there are special pans for induction, as well as sponges for washing them and detergent for the kitchen. But there is also the possibility of using the dishwasher.
