Weekly prices are inclusive of consumption, utilities and final cleaning. The rate includes a supply of sheets, pillowcases and towels at the beginning of the stay. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Cancellation is free within 30 days of arrival. Pets are admitted free of charge with the stipulation that they are never left alone in the house.

CAR: from the A22 Brennero motorway - if you come from the South, take the Rovereto Nord motorway exit and follow the road signs for Folgaria, Lavarone and Luserna. On State Road 350 towards Trento, in Calliano you will find the crossroads for Folgaria. If you come from the north, from the A22 take the Trento Sud exit, head towards Rovereto and in Calliano you will find the crossroads for Folgaria. Once you arrive in Folgaria, stay on the main road until Costa, at the crossroads that lead to the lifts turn right From the A31 Valdastico exit at the Piovene Rocchette motorway toll booth and follow the signs for Folgaria. You will find Costa along the main road before arriving in Folgaria. TRAIN: The Rovereto railway station, on the Brenner line, is 18 km from Folgaria (via Calliano) The Trento railway station, on the Brenner line, is 30km from Folgaria (via Calliano) From Rovereto and Trento there are Trentino Trasporti buses and taxis to reach Folgaria
