The newly renovated flat of approx. 100 sq m, with max. 5 beds, is located on the main street of Tione, on the third floor of a house of 5 flats. No lift. Suitable for families. Independent heating. Two parking spaces owned outside. The house is adjacent to a supermarket, bus stop, secondary and elementary schools. The Bolbeno ski slope is 5 km away. It has a kitchen complete with linen and crockery, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with pods and milk frother, microwave.

Guests will be provided with two parking spaces and an adjacent area with a small garden No smoking No parties/events Small pets are allowed, as long as they respect the simple rules of good decorum, and therefore do not climb on the beds or the sofa.

Conditions

With the reservation, documents of each guest will be requested for registration at the police headquarters. As for the tourist tax, if the guests are all over 14 years old, it will be 1 euro per person per night for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If the overnight stay exceeds 30 days, it will be my responsibility to prepare and send you a contract before your arrival, which will be registered at the Revenue Office. To avoid incurring sanctions, please note that guests who fail to provide an identification document will not be allowed to stay in the flat.

Coming from Milan/Bergamo/Brescia/Trento on the main road of Tione "via circonvallazione", after 20 meters in front of the LIDL supermarket, there is the ramp that leads down to the Condominium. Halfway down the ramp on the right, there is a small ramp that leads to a garden parking area for the apartment with two dedicated parking spaces.
