GardaLakeApartments consist of three apartments located in three historical buildings in the old town of Riva del Garda.

The strategically located position of Riva del Garda allows one to enjoy many sports such as sailing windsurfing, mountain and nature walks as well as cycling on one of the many mountain bike trails. The city of Trento and its new Muse museum are only 45kms away. In the winter, the ski areas and the traditional Christmas markets in Arco, Trento, Canale di Tenno and Rango can be easily reached by car.

In the immediate vicinity (200 mt) you will find the Palacongressi Exhibition Center, which hosts international events, and Fraglia Vela Riva where sailing courses are offered. Just 2 minutes away you will find the port with ferries to reach many famous towns of Lake Garda such as Torbole, Limone, Malcesine, Garda, Peschiera and Desenzano.

Each of the apartments also provides a private parking space in an underground car park, nearby, outside the historical center.

Sunny and quiet apartment located on the fourth and top floor in one of the oldest buildings in Riva, dating back to the 1400’s and listed as a cultural heritage. It is located within the old stone walls near the picturesque open space of the characteristic well and a few steps from the lake. It boasts a beautiful view of Riva.

It includes a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer, living room/ kitchen with smart TV, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a German/American coffee machine. Available on request, a cot and a high chair for younger children.

There is a special room on the same floor and adjacent to the apartment where you can hang and dry towels, sailing/ surfing suits.
It also provides a private parking space in an underground car park, nearby, outside the historical center. As this is a historic building, there is no elevator. There is air conditioning.
