The mountains embrace the city: Monte Bondone is just a few kilometres away, as well as the Piné Plateau with its Blue Flag-certified lakes.

You only have to travel a short distance to experience different events, landscapes, flavours and stories. A holiday in Trento and its surroundings offers you a variety of experiences.

Trento is also a city that you can easily reach even if you have a mobility impairment and travel by train or bus

If you then want to explore the city, its monuments and its lively and welcoming spirit, here you can find all the information for experiencing it without barriers and you can choose from 15 urban hiking ideas, offering easy and accessible excursions for everyone.

And around the city?

If you love walking, you can follow the Sentiero degli Aquiloni. This is a sensory path for blind and visually impaired people:  wooden railings, visual and tactile signs, special paving and other measures enable visually impaired people to cross vineyards, forests and clearings.

Another inclusive route starting in Trento is the Saint Vili trail, which is also accessible to visually impaired people.

If you visit the Trento area in winter, you can enjoy snow sports.

The Azzurra Monte Bondone Ski Instructors offer skiing and snowboarding instruction to people with motor, cognitive and sensory disabilities.
