Spring tiptoes into Val di Fassa

The perfect destination for a romantic escape

In Val di Fassa, there is a special way to describe the breath of the mountains. Locals call it "l gran acort di monc", which in Ladin translates to “the absolute silence of the mountains.” But it is not quite absolute silence. Listen closely, and you will catch the murmur of a stream awakening from its winter freeze or the distant whistle of a marmot. This is spring’s gentle arrival, tiptoeing into the mountains.

The first blossoms, crystal-clear skies, longer days—the mountains are slowly stirring from their slumber. It is the perfect recipe for a romantic getaway. Enjoy the early sunshine with a lighthearted stroll, a bike ride, or a soothing soak in a hot bath overlooking the majestic Dolomites.
