'My name is Andrea Santuliana, I am 28 years old and I run a farm with my family. We produce oil and honey.
We did not plant the olive trees ourselves, they have been here for centuries. We adopted them, we take care of them, and one day we will leave them - hopefully in better shape than how we found them - to future generations'.
When you picture Trentino, olive trees are certainly not the first thing that comes to mind. You expect to find the mountains, and slightly cooler climate...
