An enjoyable winter outing of intermediate difficulty alongside the Campo Carlo Magno cross-country trails to Malga Mondifrà and Malga Vaglianella.
<p>This snowy loop crosses the vast Campo Carlo Magno highland. Starting from the cross-country trails, the itinerary heads out into the open beyond the woods in an area that gets lots of sun all day long. Once you have passed Malga Mondifrà, the trail heads into a beautiful, dense forest of European spruce and silver fir as well as larch. When you reach Malga Vaglianella, head down through the woods in a loop that will take you back to the start.</p> <p>Malga Mondifrà is a great place for a relaxing break as you enjoy a hot beverage or local alpine delicacies.</p>
