Tamion - Costalunga Pass

Long hike through the woods, along the forest road from Tamion to the Costalunga Pass. 

Once you reach the panoramic hamlet of Tamion by car or bus from Vigo, go towards the Agritur Weiss (farm) in Strada de Sora Pozata. Here the dirt path leading into the wood starts. Walk uphill until you reach the wide clearing of "Costa Bergousa". Go leftwards (going to the right you will end up on the provincial road of Costalunga Pass) and keep walking along the forest road, surrounded by tall pines, firs and larches. After some soft ascends, long flat stretches and some turns, you eventually get to a fork. On the left hand side you will find the path coming from Moena. Take the path no. 519 that gently leads up to the Costalunga Pass. Come back along the same itinerary or, as an alternative, you take the bus SAD to Vigo with a facultative stop at the crossroad of Tamion (at Costalunga Pass the bus stop is in front of Hotel Savoy).
