The event scheduled from 13 to 16 March 2025 includes a rich calendar of events spread throughout the city.
After the first year in which the social value of agriculture was focused, thisyear the theme will be "Feeding the city, cultivating the community": events, meetings and tastings to investigate together how the rural and urban, natural and cultural worlds are linked together. In fact, food is territory, history and tradition, but it also follows the changes and therefore the new needs of society and the planet.
The conference will begin on Friday afternoon at Palazzo Geremia with an international outlook, thanks to the involvement of the partners of the European project SURFIT - scaling urban regenerative food system in transition to understand the impact of European projects on the territory. On Saturdays, on the other hand, the focus will be on local food policies: thanks to the stimuli of the experiences of other Italian cities, the realities of the local food supply chain of Trento will then be given a voice to understand which addresses are desired for our city.
In conjunction with the Agricultural Exhibition, March 15 and 16, 2025, in the pavilions of Via Briamasco (historic location of the Agricultural Exhibition) on both days, special attention will be given to the peasant market: a space dedicated to the sale of agricultural products that can be purchased directly from local producers, with a series of workshops and demonstrations for adults and children organized by the Associations of the Territory (Women in Campo Trentino, AGIA - Association of Young Agricultural Entrepreneurs Trentino, CIA - Italian Farmers Trentino, Coldiretti - Amica Campaign - Women Business – Slow Food - Confagriculture).
Some side events will enrich Bio-Logica guests with new experiences by participating in a real cooking class with the products purchased from the market, or through educational workshops proposed by Muse or by visiting some agricultural and/or social cooperatives in our territory, or by letting yourself be guided by expert guides along some Bio routes that will give you the opportunity to taste and therefore get to know our territory.
