" Pietra Viva " Stone Museum
An itinerary steeped in history, culture and nature in the Fersina valley
The Pietra Viva museum tells the story of the town of Sant'Orsola and the history of the Fersina valley through minerals and objects of material culture. The museum is housed within the ancient municipality of Sant'Orsola Terme: a 17th century building frescoed by the popular painter Albertini Pietro di Lavis. It offers guided tours in Italian for adults and children and audio-guided tours in German, English and Dutch.
The museum has a strong educational vocation and guarantees two workshops during each visit: the search for stones in the stream in the museum garden and the construction of a fossil.
To visit the museum and participate in its workshops, booking is mandatory by sending a message or calling 3312319038 or by writing an email to pietraviva@comune.santorsolaterme.tn.it
