Museum of the city of Rovereto

An interactive and multi-sensory museum housed in one of the historic buildings of Rovereto. Open since 2019, it narrates the story of the city from prehistory to the nineteenth century

Municipal works of art, archaeological finds, photographs, archival documents and multimedia supports to tell the history of the city of Rovereto in an engaging and interactive way, thanks to many multimedia supports. It is a journey that begins in prehistory and reaches the nineteenth century, a century of great transformation for Rovereto, passing through the Middle Ages, the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

Open since 2019, it is housed in the rooms of Palazzo Sichardt, the eighteenth-century home of the Sichardt Family of merchants hailing from the city of Nuremberg. But this is another story... which you can discover by visiting the museum.
