Are you curious to learn about the practices of Satyananda yoga tradition? With the Yoga & Trekking program, you can experience new yoga and meditation practices through a holistic system that will help regenerate your mind and body. The excursions in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park and the Stelvio National Park will also allow you to reconnect with nature and rediscover your well-being.

The Kneipp course is used in the summer as a barefoot path of wellbeing over different kinds of terrain: water, grass, tree bark, sand, stones, and trunks.
WHO ARE WE
Maso Margherita is an old mountain farmhouse that has been renovated and transformed into a vacation home. It consists of six apartments set amidst the green meadows of Almazzago, a hamlet of Commezzadura, with a fabulous view of the Val di Sole. Here, you can enjoy experiential vacations closely connected with nature, thanks to various activities such as trekking, yoga, and bike excursions.
