Mori Colli Zugna winery opens its doors
A one-of-a-kind food and wine experience. Modern but with ancient and solid roots like the Mori Colli Zugna winery, excellence in Vallagarina since 1957.
An underground cellar surrounded by over 600 hectares of vineyards on the slopes of Monte Baldo, the garden of Italy, and Val di Gresta, the organic garden of Trentino.
Let yourself be guided through the vineyards surrounding the cellar to find out how the grapes are delivered during the harvest period. The visit continues in the various internal rooms used for the various stages of vinification and aging in barrels, where you can admire with your own eyes the entire production process that transforms grapes into wine.
At the end of the visit, in the welcoming wine cellar you will be offered a tasting of four wines, accompanied by a selection of typical local products: “Morus Rosé” a Trento Doc produced from Pinot Nero grapes, “Vicarius Rosso Trentino DOP” born from the blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes, “Serico Bianco Trentino DOP” obtained from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes and finally “Lagrein” Trentino DOP.
