Enjoy the fresh milk’s flavor, attend to the traditional cheese making and, why not, taste the curd! Let’s discover how do they make butter from cream. Go up to the pasture and learn how to distinguish the wild grasses’ spouts. Start your day with cows and animals on the mountain dairy.
After the great success had last years, #albeinmalga is back again from July to September. The initiative, sponsored by Trentino Marketing in collaboration with the Tourist Boards of the province and the "Strade del vino e dei Sapori del Trentino", provides participants with the opportunity to experience the authentic life in a mountain dairy.
