This summer, immerse yourself in a unique and rejuvenating experience with our exclusive Sunrise Yoga event, set against the enchanting backdrop of the Brenta Dolomites. Every Thursday, from June to August 2024, join us to greet the new day with energy and tranquility, surrounded by the majestic nature of Madonna di Campiglio.
The Experience:
Our adventure begins early in the morning at 6:30, with a pleasant walk starting from Patascoss locality to reach the Ritorto Chalet, the enchanted place where our practice of Dynamic Yoga (Vinyasa Flow) will take place. From 7:00 to 8:00, under the expert guidance of our instructors Barbara Beltrami and Claudia Trentini, you will dive into a yoga session that will awaken your body and mind, offering you a breathtaking view of the Brenta Dolomites lit by the first rays of the sun.
Culminate Your Experience:
After the practice, the Ritorto Refuge will welcome you with a rich breakfast, allowing you to start the day with taste and lightness. A convivial moment to share the emotions experienced and to admire once again the breathtaking panorama, all included in the price of the experience.
