Sure, autumn Trentino it’s all about mountains, lakes, foliage displays and natural wonders. Although, the local cities have a few surprises in store. Here, we share with you at least 4 reasons why you should opt for a city break this autumn. Trento and Rovereto buzz with urban action and top things to do for all kind of tastes.
First, festivals are back. A highlight on the programme, “Festival dello Sport” in October organised by La Gazzetta dello Sport that will see champions of past and present gathering around Trento for talks, workshops, and children camps. Museums are also big crowd-pullers with vibrant exhibitions like the one by the Swedish duo Nathalie Djurberg & Hans Berg at the Mart, and the one dedicated to the Human Genome at the Muse.
See it all while discovering two beautiful cities and, why not, sample a glass of Trentodoc in a castle where wine is rich in flavour and history.
