Cycling through flowers and colours

In spring, “La ciclabile dei fiori” cycling path, between Val Rendena and Valle del Chiese, radiates with the colours of the blooms, with over 600 species of flowers. Icing on the cake? The eco-printing activity you can participate in. This is a bike tour, during which there is a workshop to learn how to transfer the natural colours of plants and flowers onto clothes.

Lake sport is sweeter

A bike ride, a walk in the mountains, a stand-up paddleboarding adventure on the surface of the water, and then a panoramic aperitif or a nice dinner overlooking the lake: on Lake Garda the en plein air combines with relaxation and the Mediterranean lifestyle. Hike & Bike

A short distance from Trento, on the Altopiano di Piné, you will find the Serraia and Delle Piazze lakes, two bodies of water from which a network of dirt tracks and mountain bike trails branch off, totalling over 200 km of routes. How about a ride through Val di Fiemme or Val di Cembra? Two neighbouring valleys capable of giving you such different views. In Val di Fiemme, you pedal in view of the Latemar Group and among the fir trees of the Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Nature Park, while in Val di Cembra you immerse yourself in vineyards and glimpses of rural life.

A bike ride among vineyards and wineries

How about a bike ride past vineyards, villages, streams and rivers, stopping at wineries and distilleries? This is the “Giro del Vino 50” wine trail, an experience on the Piana Rotaliana, home of Teroldego Rotaliano, the prince of Trentino wines.

Fiorinda, the apple blossom festival

It is one of the most eagerly awaited events of spring in Trentino. In April, the Val di Non turns white and pink for this festival that pays homage to the blossoming of the apple trees. The route is 47 km long, but you can divide it into several stages... and maybe take a refreshing break at a bike rest stop along the way.

Festival dell’Economia

The appointment is in May in the historic city centre of Trento, with the “Festival dell’Economia” (Economics Festival). Three days of debates, meetings and events featuring experts, thinkers, politicians and an audience of all ages, thanks also to the “FuoriFestival” calendar of fringe initiatives aimed at young people and families.
