The cycleway

The best way to savour the springtime in the Val di Fiemme is on the Fiemme & Fassa Dolomites cycleway. Sweeping through the verdant valley bottom, the 48-km route climbs 650 metres beside the River Avisio. It’s lovely even on a hot day with the cooling breeze along the stream. You can start from Alba di Canazei in the Val di Fassa and make for Molina di Fiemme via Moena plain – or do it the other way around.

Bike Express

Whether you prefer a regular bicycle or an electric model, Bike Express is at your service every weekend throughout the spring. You can pedal down the cycleway to Molina di Fiemme and let the Bike Express shuttle bring you back up to Alba di Canazei. It’s available on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 May to 6 June and then daily from 12 June to 19 September. There are 3 services a day for up to 50 bikes and riders each.

E-bike with gusto

Don’t have a bike of your own? Want to experience the Dolomites cycleway on an e-machine? Then treat yourself to an active weekend of outdoor fun and good eating with the E-bike with gusto package. You can enjoy some easy wheeling on the Fiemme & Fassa Dolomites cycleway with a pedal assist bike and the Bike Express shuttle service. When you stay at a participating hotel in the Val di Fiemme, you can pick up your e-bike or mountain bike there. Friday afternoon is beer time with a brewery tasting; then on Sunday morning you can visit Predazzo and Moena creamery to sample the delicious cheese they make.
