SuperPark 2024 in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park
Cinema in the woods and guided walks for a unique experience immersed in nature
SUMMER 2024 – A cinema with a starlit summer sky for a roof, and an atmosphere suffused with the aromas of fresh grass and tree resin. A zero-impact experience, as the screen is powered by sunlight. And one respectful of the silence of nature, because viewers are equipped with headphones.
This is SuperPark, the Adamello Brenta Nature Park film festival, to be held from 19 June to 6 July 2024 and from 22 September to 20 October 2024. Eleven films and a series of seven excursions guided by distinguished guests through the park’s woods and alpine lakes.
Given the park is the largest protected area in Trentino and cloaked in lush green from its valleys right up to below the summits of Brenta and Adamello the theme is Sustainable Development, as set out in the UN Agenda 2030. The SuperPark event successfully showcases the park's objective of fostering a positive environmental and social impact. The appointments during the fifth edition, which will help to promote a collective environmental awareness, are an important opportunity to discuss nature, but also the individual, as we’re all an integral part of the environment itself.
Cinema in the woods
No chairs or emergency lights. Bring your own blanket from home, and stretch out in the beauty of the park. Above you, the twinkling stars of Trentino’s summer sky, and in front of you a large screen. The screen has "zero impact," powered by pedals thanks to the collaboration with CicloCinema, a cultural association founded in 2018 by an idea of Andrea and Federico Bertoldi.
There are several venues inside the Park and numerous screenings – it’s the first itinerant solar-powered cinema in Italy – which will deal issues relating to the environment, adventure and nature. The appointments will take place in June and July at 9 pm, and films will be shown inside in case of bad weather.
Walks with distinguished guides
Walking in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park is already a healthy activity in itself. For your legs, your eyes, and your mind. When such walks are enjoyed in the company of distinguished guides, then the experience really is complete. Photographers, artists, university professors, and writers: renowned professionals who will accompany and recount stories as you walk along the paths of the Park, in the shadow of the Brenta Dolomites or with views of Adamello. To learn, understand and deepen your knowledge.
The guided walks will take place in June, July and some dates in September and October.
