The Fenil Stefy chalet on Alpe Cimbra in the wonderful Trentino, a stone's throw from Folgaria. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 bedrooms, one double, one single and one with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Furthermore, hairdryer, iron and sheets supplied upon arrival. Surrounded by fresh snow in winter you can enjoy the numerous ski slopes and sledging. It is possible to arrive directly on skis at the front door. In summer wonderful excursions in nature and you can set off on foot with your golf bag for a workout in the 18-hole Folgaria Golf Club course.

Weekly prices are inclusive of consumption, utilities and final cleaning. The rate includes a supply of sheets, pillowcases and towels at the beginning of the stay. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Cancellation is free within 30 days of arrival. Pets are admitted free of charge with the stipulation that they are never left alone in the house.

The structure can be rented for up to 5 people, animals are also allowed and can be reached by car even in winter. It is developed on two floors, where on the ground floor there is a bright living area, a kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking, a bathroom with shower and two procedures; one of which has a washing machine. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one double, one single and one with a bunk bed. There is another bathroom with shower and balcony. The chalet has a large semi-fenced private garden with barbecue and outdoor relaxation area to enjoy the surrounding landscape while eating typical local products. Private parking and reserved garage.
