Our house is in Pera, in the center of Val di Fassa, in a quiet and sunny area. In the immediate vicinity you will find the departure point for the chairlifts of the Catinaccio area and the new Acro Park with the amusing public playground from which you can access the famous Marcialonga track and in summer the cycle path, which crosses the whole valley.

The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults plus any children) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the accommodation provider, who reserves the right to accept them or not.
The price includes:

We do not accept pets.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date. From the 29th day to the day of arrival, 50% of the total stay is required as a cancellation fee.
