Casa ai Piani is nestled within a cluster of historic buildings in the quaint village of Chienis, situated 1,000 metres above sea level in the verdant Valle di Gresta, also referred to as the Valle degli Orti (Vegetable Garden Valley). Located 24 km from Rovereto and 16 km from Lake Garda, the apartment was renovated in spring 2023 and spans multiple levels.
You’ll find several essential services in town, including a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, post office, bank, and a newsagent's selling tobacco, newspapers, games, stationery, and hardware. You’ll also find restaurants and pizzerias.

The front door opens into a spacious kitchen on the ground floor, comprising a television and a two-seater sofa, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
Exiting onto the balcony, guests will find covered stairs leading to a laundry room, ironing area, and pantry. Here, you’ll find a washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, iron, and a storage cabinet. Ascending the nine stairs leads to a cosy sitting room with a double sofa bed.
The apartment includes an outdoor parking space and storage facilities for sports equipment.
