Have you ever practised yoga after a walk? It is a unique experience that allows you to get in touch with the world around you, facilitating relaxation to live the yoga practice in a conscious way. At the end, a rich breakfast with a view of Vallagarina is served. There are five “Yoga at dawn” events scheduled from May to September in 5 different locations in Vallagarina. Excursion in the woods of Vallarsa Easy excursion that from Riva di Vallarsa goes into the woods until it reaches the Leno stream. From there continue along the stream, along a comfortable flat road, up to the hamlet of Arlanch, with its meadows and its ancient mill. The yoga class will take place near the village, followed by a takeaway breakfast collected at the beginning of the morning at the Albergo Ristorante Passo Buole. When: Saturday 21 August Meeting: 7.30 am in front of the Church of Riva di Vallarsa Duration: approximately 2 hours and half (round trip, excluding yoga practice and breakfast) Altitude difference: 200 m (first downhill, then uphill) Difficulty: easy Take-away breakfast: natural yogurt + golden apple + croissant + fruit juice. Outdoor activity, the possession of the Green Pass is not required.
