Yoga at Ciampac
Yoga class at 2000 m, at Ciampac, surrounded by nature and the silence of the mountains
Programme: nature, tranquillity, yoga and wellness in a beautiful, inspiring landscape. The mountain is a sacred symbol, yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning union. The proposed practice is created by sequences of gentle movements to find oneself in a context where thoughts slow down and everything becomes peace. A unique opportunity to practise integral yoga immersed in the greenery of "Ciampac", surrounded by the majestic Dolomites. Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature and caressed by the pure mountain air!
Bring your own mat. If you don't have one, please indicate so when booking online. Starting at the top station of the gondola lift, there will be a short walk to the first stage of the "Out of the Box" sensory trail, where the yoga class will take place from 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
Schedule and meeting point: every Tuesday at 9 a.m. by the mountain station of "Ciampac" gondola (Alba di Canazei). Duration: about 1 hour.
Price: limited enrolment free activity for adults (basic level), organised by "Ciampac e Contrin" lift society, included in the Panorama Pass or in the lift ticket. Compulsory reservation online, at the Sport Check Points in the valley or by phone on +39 0462 870997 within 6 p.m. of the previous day. Lift ticket and possible lunch at the hut borne by the participants. Activity cancelled in case of bad weather.
