TrioCirc "Concrete 00"
As part of the Circen Dolomites Festival, a family show that recounts the misadventures of an eccentric trio, amid acrobatics, precarious balances and vertiginous heights
From Wednesday, 31 July to Friday, 2 August, the lawn in front of the church in Soraga will be transformed into a sort of artistic arena in which to watch entertaining circus acts, able to thrill young and old alike, as long as they are curious... yes, because the circus is capable of providing ageless emotions! This evening the programme includes the opening of the CircenVillage and the play area at 6 p.m., followed by a musical aperitif-dinner in the company of the "PopCorners". At 8.45 p.m., the young Italian company TrioCirc, formed by Paola Caruso, Paolo Tonezzer and Lorenzo M. Rossi, presents "Concrete 00", a whirlwind of acrobatics and precarious balances. In a warehouse, run by a masked being, three warehousemen tired of their imprisonment implement an escape plan, but come across a magic box that transforms everything it swallows, the last major obstacle separating them from freedom. A succession of unfortunate events between trapeze ballant, balance ladder and acrobatics.
Free show, recommended for children aged 5 and over. Duration about 1 hour. In case of bad weather the performance is cancelled.
After the success of the past editions, in summer 2024 "Circen Dolomites Festival" comes back. For a whole week, and to be more precise from 26 July to 2 August, Val di Fassa hosts prominent street artists and good international jugglers. Squares, museums, but also high-altitude locations, turn into exceptional stages for astonishing performances, both in ability and creativity. The festival is organised by Fassa’s group of jugglers "Circensema", founded in 2017 in partnership with the local association "Inout", which for some years has been practising the circus art and also training, together with professionals, some teenagers that perform in a few shows throughout the year, juxtaposing juggling and theatre.
